Louisville, KY – Silvestri Real Estate, in cooperation with Marcus & Millichap, sold the 130-unit asset in the Jeffersontown sub-market of Louisville.  These assets offered a turn-key, cash flowing property with some potential light value-add.  The sellers had renovated all but four apartments (cabinets, counter tops, windows, appliances, flooring, etc.).  Not only had the sellers focused on the interiors, but the mechanical as well by converting the boiler/chiller HVAC to brand new individual split-system units.  With the acquisition, the Nashville-based buyers add to their existing Louisville portfolio.
